Material & Process: 20CrMnTi/20MnCr5 carburized alloy steel, treated by carburizing and quenching + gear tooth precision grinding, with gear tooth hardness ofHRC 58–62 and strong core toughness.
Precision Grade: ISO 5–6, with small tooth direction/tooth profile error, stable meshing and low noise.
Lubrication Adaptation: Suitable for pressure lubrication (2–4 Bar), with strong heat dissipation and anti-wear capabilities under high-speed and heavy-load conditions.
