Winter Ice Prevention: In cold climates, never force-start the wipers if blades are frozen to the windshield. ually remove ice/snow first and use de-icing fluid or cabin heat to thaw the area. Forcing operation can cause gear stripping, linkage deformation, or motor stall/overheating.
