Product Description

This product is a single-component polyurethane structural adhesive with a urethane group structure. It is suitable for high-strength structural bonding. After curing at room temperature, it has high hardness, initial strength, and bonding strength, strong resistance to temperature differences, connects with the substrate structure, and is environmentally friendly with no pollution. It is easy to use and is suitable for various metal and composite materials used in doors and windows, curtain walls, etc. It can effectively solve the problems of deformation, cracking, and leakage of doors and windows and curtain walls made of aluminum alloy, steel-plastic co-extruded profiles, and break-through insulation profiles. It can also be used for structural bonding in transportation vehicles, building floors, etc.

Usage instructions

In general, JS-333 can be firmly bonded to the following materials: aluminum, stainless steel, coated steel, powder-coated metal, painted metal, sprayed or painted wood, etc. However, the surface of the materials should be clean, dry, free of dust and oil. A trial installation test should be conducted before use.

Notes for Attention

This product is cured by moisture. The curing speed is relatively slow in winter. To ensure the smooth operation of the production line, you can increase the indoor temperature and humidity to accelerate the curing process.
After opening the product, please do not store it for a long time as it may affect the related performance.

It must be particularly noted that:
Avoid contact of the angle adhesive product with food and cosmetics;
Unsolidified angle adhesive should not come into prolonged contact with the skin. If allergic or other discomfort symptoms occur, seek medical attention immediately;
If angle adhesive accidentally enters the eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of water and consult a doctor;
Place the product in a place where children cannot reach.
