10kW AC 240V resistive load, this device can simulate the resistive load, by optimizing the segmented power input to adapt to the needs of different loads. In practical applications, the use of resistive loads is not limited to power supply detection, but also plays an important role in the design, operation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment, helping to ensure the safety and efficiency of the system.
Core Features of the Product
Compact design
The portable load bank adopts a compact body of 485×200×400mm (only 15.5kg), breaking through the volume limitation of traditional load devices. Its IP20 protection rating, combined with the M8 terminal output interface, makes this portable load bank an ideal choice for on-site testing.
Power regulation system
As a manually controlled portable load bank, it has 14 superimposed power levels (250W to 10kW) and achieves ±1% accuracy control through a new type of resistive device. Each portable load bank is equipped with a dual 15050 fan set (left inlet and right outlet air duct), which can maintain a component temperature of less than 65℃ even when operating at full load. This design enables the portable load bank to demonstrate outstanding stability in emergency tests of data centers.
Multiple security protection mechanisms
This portable load bank integrates triple protection against overcurrent, overheating and overvoltage, and the emergency stop button adopts a physical locking design. This design makes the portable load bank more secure when testing the generator.
