Multi-level adjustment, flexible operation
The equipment uses an industry standard 4U rack size for easy integration into existing test benches or control systems. Equipped with ±3% resistance accuracy to ensure the reliability of the test data. With multi-gear adjustment function, including: 25W, 50W, 100W, 200W, 500W (multi-gear superposition), to meet the power requirements of different test scenarios.
Efficient cooling system to ensure continuous stability
The front and rear ventilation forced air cooling design is adopted, which is composed of two 12038 fans powered by 220VAC to ensure that the temperature of the equipment is controlled within a safe range when the equipment is running continuously with high load, reducing the risk of overheating. The system operation noise is less than or equal to 85dB to ensure the quiet and comfortable test environment.
Intelligent monitoring
Equipped with a digital display meter, the output voltage, current and power parameters can be monitored in real time. The operator can intuitively understand the change of each parameter, effectively adjust the test conditions, and improve the debugging efficiency.
Reliable protection mechanisms
Built-in overheating alarm and emergency stop function, once the temperature of the equipment is detected too high or abnormal situation, immediately trigger the alarm and cut off the load, ensure the safety of equipment and operators, reduce losses.
