Without guide bush mode handles short workpieces with length to diameter ratio less than 1:2.5, minimizing tail material length to 50mm.
Japanese oil cooled electric spindle technology with independent R&D delivers superior rigidity, torque force, and stable processing accuracy. NSK bearings ensure extended spindle life and radial stability.
Separation platform for chip collection with 250L cutting oil tank featuring multi-channel filter screens and oil return baffles for efficient oil-chip separation and extended pump life.
Standard front discharge for parts under 90mm via built-in conveyor belt. Rear discharge option for longer parts through sub-spindle center.
JIANKE's patented structure (Patent NO. ZL202220166953.5) offers superior tool configuration flexibility.
