The material is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, ensuring no contamination of irrigation water or farmland soil.
Application Scenario: Ideal for lining agricultural irrigation canals, farmland furrows, and small-scale water delivery channels. It helps farmers save water resources, improve irrigation efficiency, and maintain consistent water flow to crops (e.g., vegetables, grains, fruits). The product adapts to the uneven terrain of farmland, can be laid on both new and existing canals, and resists damage from farm machinery and animal trampling.
Construction Process: ① Canal Preparation: Clean the canal surface, remove weeds and loose soil, and level the bottom and sides. For uneven areas, use soil to fill and compact. ② Blanket Unfolding: Roll out the cement blanket along the canal, starting from the upstream end to the downstream end; overlap adjacent sheets by 10cm and fix the edges with soil or wooden stakes. ③ Watering & Curing: Use a bucket or sprinkler to spray water on the blanket until fully saturated. Cure for 24 hours (initial hardening); irrigation can resume after 3 days, and full strength is achieved in 7 days.
