Product Overview: Our rough-surface geomembrane is manufactured via advanced spray-roughening technology, which creates a uniform, high-friction textured surface on the HDPE base material. The spray-roughening process ensures excellent adhesion between the membrane and surrounding soil/aggregate, effectively preventing slippage even on steep slopes. Made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), it boasts superior chemical resistance, anti-aging performance, and tensile strength, with a service life of over 50 years in harsh landfill environments.
Application Scenario: Specifically designed for landfill liner systems, including municipal solid waste landfills, industrial waste disposal sites, and hazardous waste landfills. It serves as a key anti-seepage barrier to prevent leachate (contaminated liquid from waste decomposition) from seeping into groundwater and soil. The rough surface enhances interface friction, making it ideal for lining landfill slopes (up to 35 degrees) without additional anchoring systems. It also withstands the erosion of acidic/alkaline leachate and resists puncture from sharp waste debris.
