Application Scenario: Perfect for lining vegetable garden ponds, small reservoirs, irrigation tanks, and raised bed water storage areas. It solves the problem of water seepage in traditional earthen storage facilities, helping farmers save water resources and maintain stable soil moisture for vegetable growth. It is resistant to corrosion from organic fertilizers and pesticides commonly used in vegetable gardens, ensuring long-term use without material degradation. Additionally, it prevents soil contamination caused by water seepage of harmful substances.
Construction Process:
① Excavation & Leveling: Dig the water storage pit according to the required size and shape; level the bottom and inner walls, and remove sharp objects (to avoid damaging the blanket).
② Cutting & Laying: Cut the cement blanket to match the size of the pit, lay it smoothly on the bottom and inner walls, and overlap the joints by 10cm. Fix the top edge with soil or stone blocks to secure.
③ Hydration & Curing: Sprinkle water evenly on the blanket until fully saturated; let it harden for 24 hours. After curing, fill the storage facility with water gradually (avoid sudden heavy water pressure) to test for leaks.
