Also applicable for corrosion protection in auxiliary facilities such as acid washing pools and electroplating pools within smelting areas.
Installation & Usage Guidelines
Surface preparation requires thorough cleaning of floors or tanks to remove oil, rust, and debris, ensuring dry, flat surfaces. Install geomembrane with close surface contact, overlapping adjacent membranes by 15-20cm and welding seams using specialized anti-corrosion welding equipment. For corners and edges, cut geomembrane to appropriate shapes using arc transition pieces to prevent stress concentration at sharp corners. Post-installation leak testing (using water or low-concentration corrosive liquid) ensures system integrity. During operation, avoid sharp tool contact with membrane surface; any damage should be immediately repaired using specialized anti-corrosion welding rods. Regular cleaning removes corrosive residues and maintains performance.
