Installation & Usage Guidelines
Proper installation is critical for optimal performance and longevity:
Lay geomembrane flat with 15-20cm overlaps between adjacent sheets
Weld seams using HDPE welding equipment (200-230℃ temperature, 2-3m/min speed)
Conduct air pressure testing on all welds to verify integrity
Use buffer layers (sand/gravel) when filling waste to protect geomembrane surface
Implement regular inspection protocols for damage detection and timely repairs
Strictly prohibit exposure to open flames or high-temperature objects
