Our Three-Dimensional Composite Drainage Net is composed of a three-dimensional plastic mesh core and two layers of non-woven geotextile. The three-dimensional mesh core has a high void ratio, providing a smooth drainage channel for water, while the non-woven geotextile plays a role in filtration, preventing soil particles from entering the drainage channel and causing blockage. The product has excellent drainage performance and filtration effect, effectively solving the problem of water accumulation in engineering projects.
Product Features
High drainage efficiency: The three-dimensional mesh core has a void ratio of more than 90%, providing large flow capacity, and the drainage speed is 5-10 times that of traditional drainage materials.
Excellent filtration performance: The non-woven geotextile has a reasonable pore size, which can effectively filter soil particles, prevent drainage channel blockage, and ensure long-term stable drainage.
High compressive strength: The mesh core has a stable three-dimensional structure, which can maintain good drainage performance even under high pressure.
Corrosion resistance and aging resistance: Made of high-quality HDPE material, resistant to chemical corrosion, ultraviolet radiation, and long service life.
Application Fields
Widely used in landfill leachate drainage, highway and railway subgrade drainage, slope drainage, basement exterior wall drainage, and sports field drainage. It is also suitable for soft soil foundation treatment, coastal reclamation projects, and other fields that require efficient drainage.
Product Installation
Base surface preparation: Ensure the base surface is flat, clean, and free of sharp objects. Level the uneven areas and compact the base surface to prevent the drainage net from being damaged.
Unfolding and laying: Lay the drainage net with the geotextile layer facing the soil. Lay from the lower part to the upper part along the slope, and the horizontal laying should be from the upstream to the downstream. The overlap width between adjacent drainage nets is 15-20cm.
Fixing and connection: Use fixing nails to fix the drainage net on the base surface at intervals of 1-1.5m. The overlap area can be connected with staples or adhesive to ensure tight connection and no water leakage.
Backfilling: After the laying is completed, backfill the surface with fine soil or sand in time. The backfilling should be carried out layer by layer with compaction, and avoid heavy machinery directly rolling on the drainage net.
