Product Introduction
This polypropylene staple fiber geotextile is manufactured using high-quality virgin polypropylene staple fibers processed through advanced needle punching technology. The uniform fiber distribution and dense structure provide exceptional corrosion resistance and durability, making it ideal for demanding engineering environments including tunnels and dams.

Strong Corrosion Resistance: Resistant to acids, alkalis, salts, and other chemical substances. Non-corrosive and insect-resistant, suitable for long-term use in harsh environments.
Excellent Mechanical Properties: High tensile strength and tear resistance capable of withstanding construction pressures and external impacts.
Superior Filtration & Separation: Effectively separates different soil layers, prevents soil particle mixing, and filters soil particles while ensuring proper water drainage.
Standard Specifications: Available in grammage from 100g~800g/m², width 1m~6m, and roll length 50m~100m. Custom specifications available upon request.
Application Scenarios
Primarily used in tunnel engineering for filtration, drainage, and tunnel lining protection; dam engineering for reinforcement and erosion prevention; highway and railway subgrades for soil separation and reinforcement; and river regulation projects for bank protection and soil conservation.
Installation Method
Before installation, ensure the base surface is leveled, compacted, and cleaned with all sharp objects removed. Lay the geotextile along the project direction and secure overlapping sections using staples or soil pressure. For tunnel applications, install between shotcrete and waterproof layers to provide filtration and protection. For dam projects, lay within the dam body to enhance structural stability.
