Surface Preparation: For highly corrosive environments, apply anti-corrosion paint to the base surface first to enhance overall corrosion protection
Laying and Sealing: Unfold the cement blanket and position it on the prepared surface. Maintain a 20cm overlap width and seal both overlap areas and edges with anti-corrosion sealant to prevent corrosive media penetration
Wetting Procedure: Use neutral water (pH 6-8) to moisten the cement blanket, avoiding acidic or alkaline water that could compromise product performance
Post-construction Care: After curing, inspect the surface for cracks or damage. Promptly repair any defects using anti-corrosion cement mortar. Avoid direct contact with strong corrosive media during operational use
