Technical Construction
Composed of high-swelling sodium bentonite particles securely encapsulated between two layers of geotextiles and bonded through precision needle-punching. This advanced manufacturing process ensures bentonite particles remain firmly locked in place, preventing displacement and delivering consistent, uniform anti-seepage performance throughout the material.
Manufactured in compliance with JG/T 193 standards, available in unit area mass ranging from 4000g/m² to 6000g/m² to meet diverse project requirements.

Superior Flexibility: Conforms seamlessly to irregular terrain and accommodates foundation deformations without cracking. Effectively repairs concrete surface cracks up to 2mm wide.
Exceptional Waterproofing: Sodium bentonite expands 15-17 times its original volume upon water contact, forming a dense, impermeable colloidal barrier with vertical permeability coefficient ≤5*10⁻¹¹ cm/s.
Simplified Installation: Requires no heating or bonding agents. Can be installed on damp substrates (without standing water) and in temperatures as low as -20℃, significantly accelerating project timelines.
Environmental Safety: Manufactured from natural inorganic bentonite, completely non-toxic and harmless to humans and ecosystems. Offers long-term durability with no aging or corrosion concerns.
