The Needle-Punched Sodium Bentonite Waterproof Blanket (GCL-NP) is a high-performance anti-seepage geosynthetic material, composed of high-swelling sodium bentonite particles sandwiched between two layers of geotextiles and bonded by needle-punching technology. This structure locks the bentonite particles firmly, preventing displacement and ensuring uniform anti-seepage performance. It is widely recognized as an economical and reliable alternative to traditional compacted clay liners and geomembranes. The product complies with JG/T 193 standards, with a unit area mass ranging from 4000g/m² to 6000g/m².

Excellent flexibility: Adapts to irregular terrains and foundation deformations without cracking, effectively repairing cracks up to 2mm in concrete surfaces.
Durable waterproof performance: Sodium bentonite swells 15-17 times its volume when encountering water, forming a dense colloidal waterproof layer with a vertical permeability coefficient ≤5×10⁻¹¹ cm/s.
Easy construction: No heating or bonding required, can be constructed on damp substrates (no standing water) and even at -20℃, significantly shortening the construction period.
Eco-friendly and non-toxic: Made of natural inorganic bentonite, harmless to humans and the environment, with long-term durability without aging or corrosion.
