Product Introduction: This 1.5mm thick high-strength smooth HDPE geomembrane is a professional anti-seepage material for solid waste treatment projects. It is manufactured with high-purity polyethylene resin and special anti-aging formula, with dense molecular structure and excellent chemical stability. The smooth and flat surface effectively resists the erosion of garbage leachate, and meets the national and international landfill anti-seepage engineering standards.
Product Features: Super chemical corrosion resistance, resistant to acid, alkali, salt and various organic liquid erosion; high tensile and tear strength, not easy to be damaged by foundation settlement and external extrusion; excellent anti-seepage and anti-leakage performance; strong anti-ultraviolet and anti-aging ability, suitable for long-term buried and outdoor use; stable physical properties, no deformation in high and low temperature environment; convenient welding and seamless splicing.
Application Fields: Mainly used for anti-seepage lining of municipal domestic waste landfills, industrial waste storage yards, garbage transfer stations, sewage treatment plant sedimentation tanks, tailings ponds of mines, and industrial wastewater storage pools.
Construction Steps: Level and compact the foundation soil layer, lay protective geotextile at the bottom as buffer layer; unfold the smooth geomembrane in order, lay flat without wrinkles and folds; conduct professional hot-wedge welding for overlapping joints with welding width ≥20mm; adopt vacuum leakage detection method to check welding quality; reinforce the membrane corners and pipe penetrating parts with special sealing accessories; backfill protective soil layer after full inspection and acceptance.
