Product Introduction: This 0.75mm HDPE smooth surface geomembrane is a high-density polyethylene waterproof and anti-seepage material produced by one-time extrusion molding technology. With uniform smooth surface, no pores and stable thickness, it is a lightweight, flexible and durable waterproof lining material specially designed for landscape water storage facilities. It features excellent overall integrity and can adapt to various irregular base surfaces, solving the water leakage problem of artificial ponds and ornamental water bodies fundamentally.
Product Features: Adopts pure new HDPE raw materials, no recycled materials, safe and non-toxic, meeting environmental protection water body standards; smooth surface reduces water flow friction and prevents algae adhesion; outstanding anti-seepage performance with zero water permeability; good low-temperature resistance, not easy to crack in cold weather; flexible texture, easy to cut and splice; anti-oxidation and anti-aging, long service life for outdoor use.
Application Fields: Widely used in landscape artificial ponds, ornamental water pools, fish and shrimp breeding ponds, garden water scenery projects, small farmland water storage tanks, and temporary water retaining facilities. It is also suitable for anti-seepage protection of urban greening water systems and small ecological restoration water bodies.
Construction Steps: First, clean the construction base, remove sharp stones, tree roots and debris to ensure the base is flat and compacted; unfold the geomembrane naturally on the base, avoid excessive stretching, reserve 3%-5% expansion margin for temperature change; overlap the membrane edges by 10-15cm, adopt hot-melt welding process for splicing; inspect the welding joints for gaps and bubbles; fix the edges with anchor nails and sealing strips; finally conduct water filling leakage test to confirm no seepage.
