Product Introduction
Sodium bentonite waterproof blanket is a new type of environmental protection and ecological composite impermeable material, which has been widely used in many fields because of its unique anti-seepage performance.
Product Properties
The main raw material for the sodium-bentonite waterproof blanket is sodium-bentonite, a mineralogical substance called montmorillonite, which has the property of swelling when exposed to water. When sodium bentonite meets water, it absorbs five times its own weight in water and expands to more than 15-17 times the original. This property makes sodium bentonite play a key role in waterproof blankets, which can form a uniform colloidal system with high viscosity and low filtration.
Product Application
Sodium bentonite waterproof blanket has been widely used in various engineering projects because of its excellent waterproof and impermeability. It can be used for the foundation treatment and capping of landfill sites, the seepage prevention of artificial lakes, reservoirs, channels, rivers, roof gardens, and the seepage prevention of underground buildings such as basements, subways, tunnels, and underground passages. In addition, it is also suitable for municipal engineering, subway, building underground engineering and roof reservoir seepage prevention, as well as domestic waste landfill, sewage treatment, industrial waste treatment, rivers and lakes reservoir dam seepage prevention, plugging, reinforcement, garden artificial lake golf course pond seepage prevention.
