This high-temperature resistant three-dimensional composite drainage net is specially developed for high-temperature environments. It uses high-temperature resistant plastic (such as PP) to make the three-dimensional mesh core and high-temperature stable non-woven geotextile. The product can maintain good structural stability and drainage performance at temperatures up to 120℃, and will not melt or deform due to high temperature. It is suitable for drainage projects in high-temperature working conditions.

Good thermal stability: The product structure is stable under cyclic high and low temperature conditions, and there is no cracking or deformation.
Efficient drainage: The three-dimensional mesh core has a high void ratio, ensuring smooth drainage of high-temperature water and steam.
Corrosion resistance: Resistant to the erosion of high-temperature chemical media, suitable for industrial high-temperature pipeline trenches and storage tank areas.
Application Fields
Applied to high-temperature pipeline trench drainage (such as thermal pipelines, oil pipelines), industrial furnace foundation drainage, high-temperature wastewater treatment plant drainage, and power plant ash storage yard drainage. It effectively solves the problem of drainage material damage in high-temperature environments.
Product Installation
Base surface pre-treatment: The base surface of high-temperature areas should be treated with heat insulation first to reduce the temperature of the base surface. Ensure the base surface temperature is lower than 80℃ during laying.
Laying precautions: Lay the drainage net in a cool environment as much as possible, avoid laying in direct sunlight at high temperatures. The overlap width is 20cm, and the overlap area should be fixed with high-temperature resistant clips.
Fixing with high-temperature resistant parts: Use stainless steel or high-temperature resistant plastic fixing parts for fixing. The spacing is 15-20cm, and the fixing parts should not damage the drainage net.
Post-construction inspection: After laying, conduct a thermal test to check whether the drainage net is intact. After passing the test, carry out the subsequent thermal insulation layer construction.
