Our 316L Stainless Steel Flange Rings are engineered for extreme environments where chloride-induced corrosionand pitting resistance are critical.

1. Advanced Material Properties

Material: 316L Stainless Steel (Low Carbon, High Molybdenum Content)

Composition: Cr 16-18%, Ni 10-14%, Mo 2-3%, C ≤0.03%

Corrosion Resistance:

Chloride Resistance: Withstands >1,000 ppm Cl⁻ (ASTM G48 Method A Testing).

Pitting Resistance Equivalent (PRE): ≥35 (Calculated as %Cr + 3.3×%Mo + 16×%N).

Mechanical Properties:

Tensile Strength: ≥485 MPa | Yield Strength: ≥170 MPa | Hardness: ≤217 HB.

Certifications: ASTM A240, NACE MR0175, PED 2014/68/EU.

2. Precision Engineering

Design Flexibility: Customizable bolt patterns, facings (RF/FF/RTJ), and non-circular profiles.

Dimensional Accuracy:

Bolt Hole Positioning: ±0.3mm | Outer Diameter: ±1.0mm.

Surface Treatment:

Electro-polishing (Ra ≤0.4μm) or Passivation (ASTM A967) for enhanced corrosion barrier.

Pressure Rating: Class 150 to Class 2500 (ASME B16.5/EN 1092-1).
