0.003mm Precision Spindle: High-torque 4000 RPM spindle with 0.003mm runout. The A2-5 taper ensures rigid stability and high concentricity during intermittent Turn-Mill cutting.
HT300 Integrally Cast Bed: Heavy-duty HT300 resin sand casting (bed and feet) absorbs vibration from flying cutter impacts, maintaining 0.005mm repeatability during 24/7 production.
One-Clamp Turn-Mill Efficiency: Integrated turning, threading, grooving, and polygon milling in a single setup. Eliminates secondary clamping errors and ensures perfect part concentricity.
