DESCRIPTION
The JT-2.8TN is a 2.8-inch portrait-mode TFT-LCD module with a resolution of 240 × 320 pixels. This LCD module integrates the ST7785MA driver IC and supports the SPI/MCU/RGB/MIPI interface. It operates at a voltage (Vdd) ranging from 2.6V to 3.3V, with a typical value of 2.8V. The module features a viewing direction of 12 o’clock and a contrast ratio of 400:1.
The JT-2.8TN portrait-mode TFT-LCD offers a typical brightness of 250 nits. It can operate in temperatures from -20°C to +70°C and be stored in temperatures from -30°C to +80°C.

JINGTAI: Yes, we welcome sample orders for quality testing and verification. Mixed samples of different product models are acceptable.
Q2: What is the lead time?
JINGTAI: For off-the-shelf products: Samples are available immediately from stock. Sample remaking takes 1–1.5 weeks, and mass production requires 4–6 weeks. For design-in products: We provide a counter drawing proposal within 2–3 days. Sample production takes about 2-3 weeks after drawing approval. Trial-run or mass production begins within 5–6 weeks after sample approval.
Q3: Is there a MOQ for samples and production orders?
JINGTAI: We have low MOQ requirements. Sample orders of 3–5 pieces are acceptable. For mass production, the standard MOQ is 1,000 pieces per lot. We also support quantities below the mass production MOQ for trial-run or pre-production orders.
Q4: How are the goods shipped, and how long is the delivery time?
JINGTAI: We ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT, with delivery typically taking 5–7 days. Air freight and sea shipping are also available.
Q5: What is the procedure for ordering an LCD module?
JINGTAI: First, provide us with your requirements or application details. Second, we provide a quotation based on your needs or our recommendations. Third, you confirm the samples and place a deposit for the formal order. Finally, we proceed with production.
Q6: Can I have my logo printed on the LCD product?
JINGTAI: Yes. Please formally notify us during the design stage, and we will produce samples with your logo for testing and approval. Mass production will follow the approved samples.
Q7: Do you provide a product guarantee?
JINGTAI: Yes, we offer a 1-year warranty on our products.
Q8: How do you handle faulty products?
JINGTAI: First, our products are manufactured under a strict quality control system, with a defective rate of less than 0.2%.
Second, during the warranty period, we will replace faulty units with new ones for small quantities along with new orders. For defective batch products, we will repair and return them, or discuss solutions—including recall—depending on the actual situation.
