The JT-5.0IPSFW is a 5.0-inch diagonal TFT LCD module designed for portrait-mode operation, featuring an HD resolution of 480 × 854 pixels. Utilizing IPS technology, it provides a full viewing angle and vivid color performance.
A capacitive touch screen (CTP) is also available under model number JT-5.0IPSTWFW, giving customers the option to select a module with or without touch functionality. This display module supports a MIPI interface.
The JT-5.0IPSTWFW has overall dimensions of 65.3 mm (W) × 118.78 mm (L) × 2.0 mm (T), with an active display area measuring 61.63 mm × 109.65 mm.
This module integrates an ST7701SN-G5-1 controller IC and operates at a voltage range of 2.6V to 3.3V, with a typical value of 2.8V. The standard surface luminance is 250 cd/m² (nits). For applications requiring landscape orientation adaptation or customized brightness levels, please contact us for technical support.
