Q1. What are the types of evaporators (ceiling-mounted, cold fan) and defrosting methods (electric, hot water, hot gas)?
We mainly provide ceiling-mounted cold fans and other air-cooled evaporators; we offer three defrosting methods: electric, water, and air defrost.
Q2. Do the compressor and other key components come with independent inspection reports?
Yes. All our compressors and core components are accompanied by independent inspection reports issued by the original manufacturer, ensuring that critical parts of each unit meet national performance and safety standards.
Q3. Is the complete unit subjected to full performance testing before shipment? Can you provide a test report?
Yes. Each unit undergoes powered testing before shipment, including complete verifcation of seven core performance indicators such as cooling capacity, energy efciency ratio, and pressure sealing. We can provide a standardized factory inspection report containing key performance parameters (cooling capacity, input power, COp value, etc.) along with the shipment.
Q4. Do you have a strict leak detection process to ensure no leakage before the system leaves the factory?
Yes. We follow a triple leak detection standard:Component pre-inspection: All core piping components undergo precision leak testing using a helium mass spectrometer before assembly.In-process inspection: After system welding/connection, a 24-hour pressure holding test (with nitrogen at 4.2 MPa) is conducted immediately.Final inspection: After the unit is fully charged, the entire system is scanned using an elec.tronic halogen leak detector with a precision of 0.1 g/year.Each unit comes with a "Hermeticity Inspection Report" that includes pressure-holding curves and leak detection points, ensuring that the annual refrigerant leakage rate is below the 1.5% required by ISO standards.
Q5. Is installation quidance service available? Is there any additional charge?
Yes, we provide professional installation guidance service for all products. Standard installa.tion guidance is free of charge. We offer remote video guidance and detailed electronic installation manuals.
Q6. Is a complete packing list provided with the shipment?
Yes. Each shipment will include two copies of a detailed packing list in both Chinese and English, clearly listing:All main units and accessory part numbers and quantitiesList of specialized toolsList of random technical documents (manuals, certifcates of confommity, inspection reports etc.)The list is sealed in waterproof packaging and affxed to both the inside and outside of the main shipping container.
Q7. Can training materials (PpT, videos, manuals) be provided in electronic format?
Yes.
