1. Excavator grab introduction
According to the hydraulic drive mode, it can be divided into two types: rotary type and non-rotating type. The shell-shaped grab without hydraulic rotation shares the oil circuit with the oil cylinder of the adapted model, and no additional hydraulic device and pipeline are required; the shell-shaped grab with hydraulic rotation requires an additional set of hydraulic devices and pipelines for control.

It is mainly used in seaports, coal fields, ore fields and other places, foundation pit excavation, deep pit excavation and loading of mud, sand, coal and gravel at construction sites. It is especially suitable for excavation and loading on one side of a ditch or restricted space, loading, unloading and transporting coal, sand and stone blocks, small granular ores and silt. 4. Working principle of excavator grab
It is driven by two oil cylinders and made of high-strength steel. It has a large hydraulic closing force, powerful opening and closing of the excavation characteristics, and can be hung on the bucket rod for use. The hydraulic cylinder that controls the opening and closing of the grab bucket is provided with oil pressure by the original bucket cylinder oil circuit. The operator operates it in the cab. The grab bucket 's own weight cannot make the grab bucket fully embedded in the material. The bucket rod needs to provide a downward pressure to open the two compartments to compact or embed in the material, and then grab the material downward under the action of the hydraulic cylinder. Therefore, it has a strong grasping ability and is used to grab difficult-to-grasp materials such as ore. The movement of opening and closing the grab bucket can overlap with the lifting and lowering movement, so the work efficiency is relatively high.
5. Design Features
The design of the grab bucket splitting and closing chamber is a unique design of Haoxin grab bucket manufacturer . Its characteristics are: it can disperse the force of grab bucket to grab materials downward to each component of the grab bucket, so that the entire grab bucket is subjected to force as a whole under the action of the grab force, so that the internal force is balanced. When the internal force is balanced, the grab bucket is not easy to deform under external loads, and a smaller oil pressure can generate a larger grab force. A smaller oil pressure can ensure safe use, and can extend the service life of the seal, reduce the number of repairs and maintenance, and increase the service life.
