By connecting to an external PCB adapter via the DB15 interface, the VP360 can read and write data directly to the EEPROM and microcontroller chips on the dashboard module — bypassing the vehicle's OBD port entirely. This is essential for vehicles where OBD-based Cluster Calibration is restricted or unsupported. Bench Mode significantly expands the range of compatible models and provides a reliable alternative when in-car diagnostics reach their limit.
