Black Book-style Magnetic Closure Box with EVA InsertThis black magnetic closure box uses a book-style hinged lid and a greyboard body wrapped in charcoal-black specialty paper. The lid stays attached as it opens and closes, giving the packaging a single-piece opening format. A gold foil logo adds a contrasting brand detail to the dark paper surface. An EVA insert organizes the contents within the rigid tray. During custom development, box depth, lid fit, magnetic closure alignment and insert dimensions are considered together. Custom Insert OptionsThe specified interior is an EVA insert with product-shaped cavities. Its overall size must fit the tray, while cavity depth and spacing must allow the lid to close without pressing on the products. Product samples or confirmed dimensions are used to develop the layout and check the fit. Alternative paperboard, sponge, EPE foam, velvet-lined or blister insert solutions can be evaluated for custom orders. Insert material and thickness are selected according to the product shape, weight and presentation requirements. The empty-box view shows the tray with the insert removed. EVA remains the specified insert for this design. |

Surface Finish OptionsCharcoal-black specialty paper wraps the greyboard body and hinged lid. The specified logo finish is gold foil stamping, with the paper surface left unlaminated to retain its own texture. Logo size and position can be adjusted within the available panel areas. Other foil colors, embossing, debossing, screen printing, spot UV and combined effects can be evaluated on the selected paper. Artwork placement should account for folds, wrapped edges and the lid opening. For finishes not listed here, send a reference image or design file for assessment. |

Q1: How does this magnetic box open and close?
The book-style lid stays attached to the box and opens on its hinge. Magnetic closure holds the lid shut. Closure alignment and lid fit are checked during sampling.
Q2: Can the box size and EVA layout be customized together?
Yes. The tray dimensions, box depth and EVA cavities are developed around your products. Product height and insert thickness are considered together so the lid can close properly.
Q3: What material and paper finish does this design use?
