Coating Options: Available with PE (polyethylene), PLA (bio-based), or water-based dispersion coatings to meet varied barrier needs—from grease resistance to leak-proof sealing for both cold drinks (0–5°C) and hot beverages (up to 95°C).
Surface Finish: Clay-coated top side with a PPS roughness of ≤ 2.0µm, delivering exceptional CMYK printing clarity and vivid branding presentation; reverse side optimized for secure heat-seal adhesion.
Stiffness (Taber): High bending resistance to ensure cup wall strength, preventing deformation under weight or temperature changes.
