1. Droplet Generation Unit

This unit integrates a high-precision, pressure-controlled microfluidic system with a dedicated cartridge to rapidly and consistently generate uniform microemulsion droplets.

Rapid Efficiency: Produces 20,000–30,000 droplets in less than 70 seconds.
Superior Uniformity: Achieves a droplet size CV of < 3% with adjustable diameters from 70–110 µm.
Integrated PCR: Features a flat-surface heating design for rapid thermal cycling, achieving a maximum heating rate of over 8 °C/s and a maximum cooling rate exceeding 5°C/s, and completing 40 cycles within 90 minutes.

2. Droplet Scanner

Equipped with an industry-leading multi-fluorescence channel design (up to 5 channels), the scanner enables simultaneous detection of multiple targets.

Advanced Imaging: Utilizes a high-resolution CCD imaging system for high signal-to-noise performance.
Intelligent Analysis: Features Image Backtracking to visualize raw droplet matrices and exclude false positives.
Reference-Free Detection: Successfully identifies droplets without the need for reference dyes.
