From the start, the JL250-II was engineered for high-volume production without sacrificing quality. It can produce up to 120,960 capsules per hour for Size 8 oval softgels, and 58,800 per hour for Size 20 oblongs. The 20-plunger filling system guarantees ±0.5% accuracy, helping you reduce waste and maintain uniform dosage across every batch.
The gear-driven transmission reduces vibration, extends equipment life, and keeps operations stable, even during long production runs. Mold rollers are precision-machined to ensure consistent capsule shape and fewer defects.
We designed the JL250-II with operators in mind. The PLC touchscreen interface makes it easy to monitor production, adjust mold speed, and control filling volume—all without complex training.
