The stainless-steel gelatin melting system is dedicated to heating, mixing, and heat-preserving gelatin solution. Its optimized structural design effectively maintains stable temperature and viscosity of the gelatin solution, providing uniform, high-quality gelatin ribbons for smooth encapsulation—directly affecting the integrity and consistency of softgel products.
Tailored for laboratory and pilot-scale applications, the small-capacity gelatin melting tank not only meets strict process requirements but also minimizes raw material consumption. This design is particularly ideal for frequent R&D operations, where multiple formulations and tests are conducted with limited sample quantities.
The laboratory mold system supports a variety of capsule sizes and shapes. Molds are easy to install, disassemble, and replace, allowing R&D teams to efficiently test different formulations, dosages, and capsule designs—greatly improving R&D efficiency and flexibility.
The JL-75II adopts a rolling die softgel encapsulation mechanism, consistent with industrial softgel production equipment. Two gelatin ribbons run synchronously, while the filling material is accurately injected into the die cavities. This design ensures that the encapsulation process closely simulates industrial production, providing reliable, scalable reference data for seamless scale-up.
After encapsulation, softgel capsules are transferred to the matching laboratory tumble dryer for initial drying and shape setting. The controlled, gentle drying process is specifically designed for small-batch samples, effectively maintaining capsule integrity and preventing deformation—ensuring the quality of test samples.
The touch screen HMI (Human-Machine Interface) provides clear visualization of all key operating parameters, enabling intuitive operation. Process settings (such as temperature, speed, and injection volume) can be easily adjusted to meet different experimental requirements, significantly improving R&D efficiency and reducing operational complexity.
