This machine is an ideal and versatile homogenizing equipment designed for efficiency and compliance. It integrates high-shear stirring and mixing components, vacuum and normal pressure assemblies, hydraulic lifting systems, and automatic temperature control features. With capabilities for operation under normal pressure, vacuum, and precise temperature control, it is perfectly suited for the production of semi-fluid products such as dairy foods, creams, cosmetics, and paste-like medicines.
Built with a compact structure, stable performance, and a smooth, bright finish, the equipment is not only easy to operate and clean but also fully complies with GMP and CGMP standards.
Features of softgel medicine mixing tank
1.Vacuum Operation:The entire mixing process can be conducted under a vacuum, effectively preventing bubble formation during high-speed stirring. This ensures the final product fully meets stringent hygiene and sterility requirements.
2.Hydraulic Lifting & Dual Stirring System:The unit features a hydraulically operated lifting cover for easy access. The homogenizing process is achieved through a dual-agitation system, consisting of a fast homogenizing stirrer and a slow-scraping stirrer for comprehensive mixing.
3.High-Shear Homogenization: Utilizing the operational principle of the stator-rotor gap in the high-shear disperser, the machine significantly enhances shear and mixing effects. This allows for rapid and effective homogenization. The fast agitator is driven by a frequency converter, creating a vortex that continuously cuts and mixes the material cross-section, ensuring a consistent and long-lasting homogenization effect.
4.Advanced Control System:The machine can be equipped with a PLC control system and features a user-friendly human-machine interface (HMI), allowing for precise operation and automation.
