The JL-250III is a servo motor-driven soft gelatin encapsulation machine engineered for high-volume production. Key parameters—including medicine pump filling volume, injection timing, and die roller alignment—can be easily adjusted in real time via the PLC touch screen interface. This user-friendly control system simplifies operation and helps reduce raw material waste.
The JL-250 softgel manufacturing machine is widely adopted for large-scale production of both animal-based gelatin softgels and plant-based capsules, such as those made from tapioca starch or carrageenan.
