The JL-150III soft capsule machine is a medium-sized softge capsule manufacturing equipment designed specifically for the market gap. Compared with the traditional gear-driven small and medium-sized softgel encapsulator, this machine is driven by servo motors. All functions are basically the same as those of the large-scale servo soft capsule machines. It can automatically adjust the die roller zero point, automatically adjust the injection timing, and automatically adjust the dosage volume, etc. The die roller size of this soft gelatin machine is 250mm in diameter and 120mm in length, which is consistent with the roller die diameter of the 10-inch soft capsule production equipment, so that the soft capsule pill shape is beautiful and the seam is strong.

The whole machine is made of stainless steel, which meets the requirements of cGMP and can be used in conjunction with other soft capsule production auxiliary equipment
This soft gel encapsulation machine uses an HMI touch screen control system, and all production parameters can be set, modified and monitored through the PLC touch screen
Because the machine is driven by a servo motor, it runs fast and very stably, greatly reducing the vibration and noise generated by the gear transmission. The maximum speed can reach 8 rpm, the normal production speed can reach 5-6 rpm, and the output can reach 30,000 to 50,000 capsules per hour. It can produce oblong, oval-shaped, round, twist off-shaped and other soft capsules.
The filling volume of this medium scale servo automatic soft gelatin capsule encapsulation machine can be precisely adjusted, and the minimum soft capsule filling amount can reach 80-100mg.
The performance of this machine is stable, and it can produce continuously for 24 hours and all year round.
This softi gelatin capsule machine is equipped with components for automatic thickness measurement and thickness adjustment of the gelatin ribbon, which can automatically and accurately adjust the thickness of the gelatin film, reduce the error caused by manual operation, speed up the time of adjusting the thickness of the rubber, greatly save gelatin raw materials and labor, and improve production efficiency.
