1) Party A will send 2 qualified and experienced engineers to Party B's workplace to direct and guide the cutter suction dredger's installation and training operating, if needed. . 

2) To assist in the installation; Party B will arrange for 6-8 workers to aid these engineers.

3) Installation and test period is expected to take 10-15days for one cutter suction dredger with full ready of installation.
