This innovative structure reduces no-load losses by an additional 5%. Our specialized research into vibration dampening—including epoxy resin bonding and corrugated rubber padding—reduces noise levels by 5–10dB compared to conventional units.
Advanced Winding & Short-Circuit Resilience The windings utilize a cylindrical structure with diamond-shaped, thermosetting epoxy-resin-impregnated paper for interlayer insulation. After vacuum drying, the windings bond into a solid, rigid mass, significantly enhancing mechanical strength and short-circuit resistance. On-Load Voltage Regulation (OLTC) The 35kV side is equipped with a high-performance On-Load Tap Changer (OLTC).
