Product Description

UV DTF printer is a digital printing device that uses UV cured ink to achieve high-precision color printing on various material surfaces. Here is a detailed introduction about it:

-Working principle: The UV DTF printer first prints the pattern on a layer of PET film (A film), then uses a laminating machine to transfer the pattern on the A film to the second layer of PET film (B film), and finally lightly presses the laminated PET film onto the surface of the object. Tearing off the PET film can complete the pattern transfer without hot pressing.
-Core features: With high creative freedom, it can achieve zero loss conversion from design drawings to physical objects, and shorten the personalized customization cycle by more than 80%. It has strong color expression and can present photographic grade image quality. The production efficiency is also very high, which can compress the traditional printing plate making and sampling process to 2-5 minutes. In addition, it can adapt to over a hundred materials such as glass, ceramics, and metals, and can achieve relief effects through white ink stacking technology.
-Technical parameters: The print head adopts Epson I3200-U1, with a printing resolution of 720x2400dpi and an effective printing width of 740mm. The ink type is environmentally friendly UV curable ink, supporting multiple printing modes such as CMYK+white+V.
