The upgraded media adjustment system supports various roll sizes (core diameters: 3 inches/76.2mm or 2 inches/50.8mm; maximum outer diameter: 9.8 inches/250mm) and a maximum media weight of 45kg (99lb.), while the built-in precision media take-up unit ensures reliable unattended long-length printing.

With flexible ink configurations (CMYK + White + Gloss) and specialized options like 3D texture printing, high-gloss/matte effects, and even blind printing, this multifunctional device meets diverse customer color and effect requirements. The high-concentration white ink enhances substrate coverage, and the cost-effective 750ml ink packs (D-UAP-7) help reduce operational costs. It also integrates VersaWorks 6 RIP software with True Rich Color 3 technology, color management recognition, and vector data printing for optimized color accuracy.

Stay connected anytime, anywhere via the Roland DG Connect App—monitor printer status, track print jobs, and access multiple media profiles remotely. Additionally, the printer offers cutting capabilities with a blade pressure range of 30-500gf and a cutting speed of 0.39-11.8 in./s (10-300mm/s), supporting media thickness up to 0.4mm (15.7mil) with liner and 0.22mm (8.6mil) without liner for printing, and up to 1.0mm (39.3mil) with liner for cutting.
