Core piezoelectric inkjet component: Adopts Epson Micro Piezo technology to squeeze ink chamber and eject ink precisely, forming printed images on PVC self-adhesive vinyl, vehicle wrap, backlit film and other substrates, serving as the exclusive imaging component of large format inkjet printer.
Ink positioning & precision control: 360 nozzles deliver pinpoint ink output with native 360DPI resolution, up to 1440DPI via software interpolation to guarantee sharpness and solid color density of printed artwork.
Split ink channel design: Dual-channel per printhead supports either one color sharing two channels or two separate colors occupying one channel apiece, matching CMYK four-color eco-solvent ink output.
Durable & corrosion-resistant with low failure rate: Original ink chamber resists eco-solvent corrosion, less prone to nozzle drop-out and misdirected ink during long-hour mass production, ideal replacement for old machine maintenance.
Excellent solid color filling: 3.5pl droplet delivers dense solid print without white void for outdoor vehicle wraps & PVC stickers, finished prints feature outstanding sunlight resistance.
Wide compatibility & easy replacement: Unified part number for all legacy Roland printers with abundant global stock for convenient inventory management.
Cost-effective: Much lower purchasing cost versus DX6/DX7 printheads; huge quantity of used XC540 & VP540 machines in market creates strong replacement demand.
