1. This machine is a small poultry plucking machine. Very suitable for small workshop.
2. It is mainly used for chincken, duck, goose, pigeon, turkey, quails, rabbit and etc.
4. Heating system is customized accordingly. Electrical heating or gas heaitng for your flexible choice. 5. Food grade stainless steel is used. The thickness of the tank is 2mm. If you want to reduce your cost, we can also customize Galvanized steel material. 6. Through motor driving, the spiral rubber roller turns inside the scalder tank, making poultry scalding more evenly, and greatly reduce labor and cost.

*Two heating methods are available. It can be equipped with temperature control and digital display thermometer. Can be customized with one mehods or combined use as your requirement.
* Electrical heating: Using heating pipe, heating fast and environmental. Electric cabinet can be added. But, 220V pressure is not suitable, and need to change the water offenly because the heating pipe will be broken by dirt attached. * Gas heating: Easy to control, water temperature rising very fast, and no spares. But this type may cost much in gas, normally 3kg gas per hour.
* Poultries can be directly put into the machine tank for scalding after blood draining. * Normally, 10 chickens one time, 8 ducks. * Scalding time reference, about 5 to 6 minutes for chicken, 7 to 8 minutes for duck. The specific time can be based on the actual situation. * The scalding water temperature normally is controlled between 58°C-65°C.
