This electric spring energy storage operating mechanism is specially designed for the incoming feeder of 12kV high-voltage ring main units. It acts as the core power control component for incoming load switches and incoming circuit breakers.
Driven by permanent magnet DC motor with spring energy storage structure, it realizes automatic electric energy storage, remote closing & opening control for power incoming circuits, and reserves manual emergency operation function. Fully compliant with five-prevention safety interlock standards of high-voltage switchgear, it ensures safe and stable switching of grid incoming power supply.
Professionally adapted to incoming unit topology of ring main units, perfectly matching protection & interlock logic of incoming switches. Its switching performance meets harsh operation requirements of power grid incoming side.
Electric mode: Remote automatic energy storage and automatic switching, suitable for unattended intelligent power distribution. Manual mode: Emergency operation under power failure & fault conditions, ensuring continuous controllability of incoming power supply.
Integrated high-strength metal frame and precision cam linkage structure, with fast energy storage response and stable torque output. It withstands frequent switching and grid impact loads, with ultra-long mechanical service life.
