The solubility under standard conditions is 67g/100ml.It is also soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and pyridine, but is insoluble in e.ther. Lithium chloride has a melting point of 605 ° C, a boiling point of 1350 ° C, and a lattice energy of 853 kJ/mol.
