GK Series Dry Granulator
Product Overview
The GK Series Dry Granulator is an advanced roller compaction system designed for binder‑free dry granulation. Utilizing the crystalline water contained within raw materials, it directly transforms fine powder into homogeneous solid granules, completely eliminating the requirement for wetting agents and secondary drying processes.
It excels at processing materials incompatible with conventional wet granulation techniques. The resultant granules are ideal for tableting, capsule filling, and seasoning manufacturing. Boasting a well-structured mechanical design, the unit delivers reliable stable operation, alongside convenient disassembly, cleaning and routine maintenance.
