Product Overview
Condensation spray granulator, also known as micro-attenuation technology, is a technique that uses natural or synthetic high-molecular film-forming materials (capsules) to encapsulate liquid or solid drugs (fillers) into tiny colloids with diameters ranging from 1 to 5000 μm (typically 5 to 250 μm).
Microencapsulation finds broad applications in pharmacy, food, pesticides, feed, cosmetics, dyestuffs, adhesives and carbon paper sectors. The fabrication process of microcapsules is termed microencapsulation. Microencapsulation endows pharmaceutical products with various superior properties.

All-in-one integration: Spray drying, fluidized bed spray granulation, fluidized bed drying and coating are integrated, saving research funds and test sites.
Trace sample preparation: Suitable for granulation of trace and small amounts of powder, requiring a minimum of 50 grams of sample to complete the experiment.
Compact Floor Layout: The complete unit covers merely 5 square meters, featuring flexible mobility and easy installation within standard laboratory spaces.

Heat-sensitive materials friendly: It is suitable for spray drying of heat-sensitive materials
Smart PLC control: PLC operation control, the entire process experiment status is displayed on the color LCD touch screen.
Shutdown protection: When shutting down, simply press the stop button. The machine will immediately stop running except for the fan, ensuring the equipment will not be damaged due to misoperation.
Stainless steel structure: The whole machine is made of all stainless steel and features a two-fluid spray atomization structure.
Constant temperature control: Real-time regulation PID constant temperature control technology.
