BZJ Series Centrifugal Coating Granulator
Solutions, suspensions and slurries are atomized and sprayed uniformly onto rolling core pellets inside the centrifugal fluid bed chamber.
This all-in-one machine combines lifting, granulation and coating processes in one compact unit, delivering precise layered treatment and efficient drying to produce premium uniform pharmaceutical pellets.
It features fast granulation speed, high true sphericity of pellets, uniform particle size, a high qualification rate, a low amount of bonded lumps, and high utilization rate of chemicals.
The machine is mainly composed of a centrifugal main unit, a powder feeder, an electrical control cabinet, a blower group, an air heater, a dust collector, and other auxiliary equipment.
