Product Overview
The LDH Horizontal Plow Mixer is a high-efficiency three-dimensional powder blending equipment independently developed by our factory. Driven by the main plow shaft with auxiliary high-speed flying choppers, the machine creates turbulent material circulation inside the horizontal cylinder. It realizes uniform solid-solid powder mixing and solid-liquid spray mixing without obvious mixing dead zones.
With a high filling coefficient and compact horizontal structure, this machine is widely used for batch powder blending in food, pharmaceutical, chemical and construction industries, and can be matched with jacketed cylinder for heating, cooling and drying integrated processing.

High Uniform Mixing with No Dead ZonesDual stirring system of main plow blades + side high-speed flying cutters forms three-dimensional turbulent flow. Materials are continuously turned, scattered and diffused to achieve homogeneous mixing in a short cycle.
Sanitary Stainless Steel Structure.All material contact parts adopt stainless steel, corrosion-resistant, easy to disassemble and clean, fully meeting GMP hygiene standards for food and pharmaceutical production.

Multi-Functional Compound Processing.Optional jacketed tank body can realize heating, cooling and drying inside one machine. Equipped with liquid spraying system for solid-liquid mixing, granulation and other compound processes.
