Product Overview
Condensation spray granulation, also referred to as microcapsule forming technology, is an advanced processing technique that adopts natural or synthetic polymer film-forming excipients as shell materials to encapsulate liquid or solid core substances into microcapsules. The particle size of finished microcapsules ranges from 1 μm to 5000 μm, with the commonly applied size falling between 5 μm and 250 μm.
Microencapsulation technology can be widely applied in fields such as medicine, food, pesticides, feed, cosmetics, dyes, adhesives, and carbon paper.
