The KZL Series Rapid Granulator is a high-performance sizing and milling machine engineered for precision processing of granules. It is widely used for crushing and sizing granules produced by wet granulation, dry granulation, or extrusion. Utilizing a high-speed rotating cutter system, it ensures your final product achieves consistent particle size and uniform morphology, significantly improving downstream process quality like tablet pressing and capsule filling.
Material enters the machine through the top hopper and is intercepted by high-speed rotating blades. These blades precisely cut and shatter the material into granules. Centrifugal force then drives the particles through the holes of the stationary stator screen, resulting in granules with highly consistent size and shape distribution.
