The GHL High Shear Granulator processes powder raw material and adhesive in a cylinder, where they are fully and rapidly mixed at the bottom to form humid soft material. This material is then cut by high-speed cutter/wings to produce uniform granules.

Fluidized granulation producing spherical granules with excellent flow ability
Reduces adhesive usage by 18-25% compared to traditional processes with shorter drying time
Efficient operation: 2 minutes mixing time and 1-4 minutes granulating time, increasing efficiency by 4-5 times
Complete process (dry mixing, wet mixing, and granulating) in the same sealed container, compliant with GMP requirements
